Green Roots Consultancy & Coaching, hereinafter referred to as Green Roots

1. The owner of Green Roots and the client are complete equals. All are unique and complete human beings, full of potential.

2. The client is himself responsible for the process. He has the space to make his own decisions and make changes to previously made decisions.

3. If the client is not the same as the customer, Green Roots will ensure that both the client and the customer have the same information regarding the reason for and the purpose of the training, coaching and/or counselling process.

4. If the client is not the same as the customer, the responsibility for the course and the power of decision as described in point 2 lies with the client.

5. If the client is not the same as the customer, Green Roots will make arrangements with the client, which information may be provided to the client and how this will take place.

6. Green Roots will treat confidentially any information about the client that it receives or has received from direct, indirect or any other source.

7. The owner of Green Roots knows both the limitations of his profession and the limits of his personal competencies and guards them carefully.

8. Green Roots only offers services and uses only methods and techniques for which he is qualified by education, training and/or experience.

9. Green Roots engages in self-reflection and applies self-analysis regularly to maintain optimal performance as a coach, trainer and consultant.

10. Green Roots keeps abreast of developments, is open to new insights and researches new methods in the field of coaching, training and advice.

11. Green Roots distinguishes between a professional working relationship and other types of relationships. It guards against conflicts of interest.

12. Green Roots is collegial towards other professional coaches, trainers and advisors and is willing to cooperate in the ongoing professionalization of the profession and the optimization of its image.
